“ Some of the freshest burgers you'll find. Get your fix on fries tots or sweet potato fries. A good verity of shakes too and refreshing slushes. Turkey and vegan options along with gluten free. I almost forgot about the real and fresh fried chicken and nuggets and fried pickles. I wish they had onion rings. Oh yeah and a good selection of draft beer! What more can you ask for? All this and a big outdoor seating and play area. Very inviting and fun place to spend a few hours with the family. ”
“ So this was my first time trying a new burger place and the lady Karol who helped me out was extremely nice. Very knowledgeable of the menu and customer service was great. She recommended the classic and it's now my favorite burger there as the grilled onions really brought the taste out. She even came to check back in with us and made sure everything was good. Thank you so much and now I'm going to be a regular at this place. Glad to know great customer service still exists. ”
“ I ordered food to go about 6 weeks ago on a Friday night. The chicken sandwich and burger were extremely salty and so were the fries. This was unusual because I’ve eaten here before (though it had been awhile since my last visit) with no problems and this time we couldn’t finish our meals after a few bites. I later contacted the manager to ask if the recipe changed or perhaps a new employee got crazy with the salt/seasoning amount, etc. The manager, James, was very understanding and pleasant to talk to. He offered to make right the incident when I could come back at my convenience. I was able to return in Feb with my original receipt. The meal was delicious and James even came by to make sure all was well with my meal. Great customer service leadership and professionalism Mr. James! ”
“ I love Hat Creek! Amazing atmosphere with outdoor and indoor seating and a great play area for the kids! Food is delicious hamburger or chicken sandwich, you can't go wrong! Fries are decent and seasoned pretty well. It's definitely a nice change up from the usual fast food restaurants. Food does take a little longer to make/get but its worth the trade off. ”
